This tiny code snippet demonstrate how to use Microsoft Windows API SHOpenFolderAndSelectItems to open a new Windows Explorer window and pre-select defined filenames.

program SelectFilesOnExplorer;

{$APPTYPE CONSOLE}

{$R *.res}

uses
  System.SysUtils,
  System.Classes,
  Winapi.Windows,
  Winapi.ActiveX,
  Winapi.ShlObj;

{ _.ShowFilesOnExplorer }
procedure ShowFilesOnExplorer(const ADirectory : String; const AStringList : TStringList);

  SetLength(AList, AStringList.Count);

  end;
